Established a four-tier severity model (P3/P2/P1/P1+) for data incident management, mapping technical signal severity to business impact and aligning incident routing across producer, consumer, and platform teams.
Designed and delivered outbound campaign management integration for the Group's unified contact center.
Authoring and implementing data contracts on the Open Data Contract Standard (ODCS v3.1.0), including a polymorphic contract pattern for telco offer events: BigQuery JSON discriminators route discriminated payloads to distinct Data Vault Hub/Satellite pairs while producers keep a single logical contract surface.
